Focused design consultation

Advance review of your photos and plan, a detailed Zoom session with Alisa, and written recommendations. A focused alternative when you need advice rather than a full design package.
Space planning
From £350
One room up to 37 m²: two furniture-layout options, one final plan and one revision round. No 3D or product sourcing. Typically 5–7 working days after receipt of the brief and measurements.
Commercial concept
From £2,500
An office, shop or showroom up to 93 m²: zoning, a design concept, a material palette, key furniture selections, two conceptual 3D views and one revision round. This is a concept package, not a construction or statutory-approval drawing package.
Additional design support
£95 / hour
Extra revisions or additional tasks are agreed in advance, with an estimated number of hours and a spending cap. Residential photorealistic renderings are quoted separately.
What is included—and what is separate?
- Fees cover design only. Furniture, materials, shipping, construction and installation are not included.
- Site visits, purchasing, site supervision, engineering and permit documentation are not included. Local specialists are arranged separately where needed.
- Kitchens, bathrooms, custom built-ins and complex open-plan spaces are quoted separately.
- You provide photographs, a floor plan and measurements. Dimensions must be verified on site before ordering or construction.
- One revision round means one consolidated list of comments on the agreed concept.
Fees, timing and payment
- Starting prices depend on the agreed scope, complexity and deliverables. You receive a written scope and fixed fee before work begins.
- Paid consultations are paid before the meeting. Design packages are 50% at the start and 50% before the final files are released.
- Typical first-design timelines are 5–7 working days for a layout and 10–15 working days for one room, after all required information is received. Revisions and larger-project schedules are agreed separately.
- Prices shown include any applicable taxes. The available payment method and cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing before payment. No payment is taken on this page.
