Up to three living spaces with a combined area of up to 93 m²: coordinated layouts and concepts, furniture and material selections, and two revision rounds. Kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery are separate.

Prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. These are remote design fees, not furniture or construction budgets. Your final scope and fixed fee are agreed before work begins.

Plans use millimetres, areas use m², and product selections are sourced from UK suppliers. Site surveys, purchasing, site supervision, engineering and statutory approvals are not included. Kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery and complex open-plan spaces are quoted separately.

Yes. An early review of a plan can reveal layout constraints and opportunities before you commit to a purchase, contractor or major scope of work.

Do I need to know my style?

No. The process begins with the life the space needs to support; visual direction is developed from that, not selected from a generic style list.

What should I send before a consultation?

Plans, photos, inspiration and a brief note on the people, routines and budget are useful. We can also start with a conversation if the project is still at an early stage.
