Bring your questions, not a perfect brief.

The free introductory Zoom is a chance to discuss your space, priorities and design scope—not a sales presentation full of finished answers. We identify the next useful step and whether LUCH LAB is a good fit.

  1. Share the basics. Property type, approximate size, location and what you want to change.
  2. Bring a plan or photos if you have them. Rough measurements and reference images help; they are not required to request the call.
  3. Discuss priorities. Layout, storage, light, materials, project timing and a realistic scope for further paid design work.

For a Chicago condo, it is helpful to bring any building-management requirements and known renovation restrictions. We do not assume that a visual concept is a permit-ready construction package.

Our collaboration begins remotely. Local surveys, permits, engineering, installation and any required licensed professional services are arranged separately with suitable local specialists. On-site support is not included unless specifically agreed.

LUCH LAB offers remote interior design consultations for Chicago projects. We do not advertise a Chicago office. Any on-site work is discussed separately before you commit.

Can you help with just a layout or a single room?

Tell us what you need. The introductory call helps define whether a targeted layout study, a room concept or a more complete interior design scope is appropriate.

How much does a project cost?

The introductory Zoom consultation is free. Further design work is quoted individually after we understand the area, deliverables, complexity and schedule. There is no obligation to commission a project.

Which time zone should I choose?

Select Chicago / Central Time on the consultation form. Your preferred slot is a request, not an automatic calendar reservation. We confirm the time by email before sending the Zoom link.
