Customer journey, display logic and memorable moments that support both sales and the identity of the brand.
Interior systems for focus, collaboration and client-facing moments — planned around how the team really works.
Atmosphere, circulation, lighting and durable detail for places people return to and talk about.
A commercial space has to do more than look polished. It needs to reduce friction for visitors and staff, make the offer understandable and translate a business into an experience. The starting point is a clear brief: who comes in, what they should notice, what needs to happen quickly and what should stay with them.
LUCH LAB develops the zoning, material direction and atmosphere from that brief. Start with a free 20-minute Zoom for 2–3 initial recommendations and a clear next step, followed by a short email recap within one working day. Detailed technical documentation, local surveys and statutory approvals are separate from the published concept package.

Yes. An early consultation can help assess a potential unit, understand operational constraints and form a brief before a lease, fit-out budget or contractor is fixed.
No. The work includes retail, showrooms, sales offices, hospitality and other customer-facing environments as well as workplaces.
A plan, photographs, brand material, a business goal and any operational constraints are useful. The goal is clarity, not a perfectly finished brief.
